1. Introduction

ApexWave Core S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our") operates AntiChat, a peer-to-peer communication application for iOS and macOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use AntiChat.

The short version: we don't collect your data. AntiChat is built on a peer-to-peer architecture where your messages, voice, and files stay on your devices.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

AntiChat does not collect, store, or process:

• Message content (text, voice, or files)
• Contact lists or address books
• Location data
• Device identifiers or fingerprints
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Browsing history or app usage patterns
• Photos, camera, or microphone data beyond the active session

3. Peer-to-Peer Architecture

AntiChat uses a direct peer-to-peer communication model between your paired devices (iOS and macOS). All messages, voice recordings, and file transfers are transmitted directly between your devices and are never stored on any server.

• Messages are transmitted in real-time and exist only on the sending and receiving devices.
• Voice data is processed locally on-device and transmitted directly to the paired device.
• Files and images are transferred directly between paired devices with no cloud intermediary.

4. Relay Server

AntiChat uses a relay server solely to establish and maintain the connection between paired devices. The relay server:

• Routes encrypted data packets between your devices in real-time
• Does not store any message content, files, or voice data
• Does not log the content of communications passing through it
• Does not retain connection data after your session ends

The relay functions as a transparent pass-through. It cannot read or decrypt the data it routes.

5. Pairing Process

Device pairing uses a temporary 6-digit code generated per session. This code is used only to establish the initial connection between your devices and is not stored after pairing is complete.

6. Subscription and Payments

AntiChat subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to:

• Credit card or payment information
• Apple ID credentials
• Billing addresses
• Purchase history beyond what Apple provides to developers for transaction verification

7. Third-Party Services

AntiChat does not integrate:

• Analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Advertising frameworks or ad tracking
• Third-party crash reporting tools
• Social media SDKs
• Any third-party data collection services

8. Data Storage

All conversation data (messages, voice, files) exists only on your local devices. We do not operate cloud storage for user content. If you delete the app, all local conversation data is removed with it.

9. Children's Privacy

AntiChat is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, this applies universally.

10. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store user data on our servers, the primary security boundary is your own devices. We recommend:

• Keeping your devices updated with the latest OS version
• Using device passcodes or biometric authentication
• Only pairing with devices you own and trust

11. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have rights regarding your personal data. Since AntiChat does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete. All data resides on your devices under your control.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of AntiChat after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
