8. Product-Specific Notices

AntiChat

AntiChat uses peer-to-peer communication. Messages, voice, and files are transmitted directly between your paired devices and are not stored on our servers. See the AntiChat Privacy Policy for details.

ApexSoul / ApexHealth

These products may store personal preferences, health metrics, and conversation history to provide persistent memory and personalized responses. This data is stored locally on your device by default. Any server-side processing is done with your explicit consent.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us for removal.

10. International Data Transfers

ApexWave Core S.R.L. is based in Romania (EU). Your data is processed within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except where required by third-party services (Apple, Stripe) under their respective data processing agreements.
